Channel Factory is an award-winning marketing technology company that helps top global brands and agencies maximize YouTube advertising. We are seeking a Senior Director of Brand Partnerships to lead strategic brand relationships and drive global revenue for US and Canada-based brands.

Responsibilities

Build, manage, and expand senior-level relationships with Fortune 500 brands (and their media agencies.)
Drive business development with US based brands, delivering against ambitious revenue and growth targets
Develop and execute verticalized go-to-market strategies aligned with global priorities
Lead strategic conversations with C-level and VP-level stakeholders at clients and agencies
Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, negotiating, closing, and upselling
Partner with internal teams (Sales, CSM, Product, Marketing) to deliver best-in-class client solutions
Create and maintain short- and long-term account plans to ensure retention, growth, and renewal
Regularly represent Channel Factory at industry events, thought leadership forums, and client meetings
Leverage Salesforce and other tools for pipeline management, forecasting, and opportunity tracking
All other duties as assigned

Required

10+ years of proven experience in digital media, ad tech, or a related industry, with a strong track record in business development and sales
Extensive senior network across North American advertisers (and their media agencies)
Expertise in media buying models (programmatic, DSPs, PMDs, bidding platforms)
Strong communication skills: written, verbal, interpersonal, and presentation
Proven ability to lead high-level negotiations and close multi-million-dollar deals
Highly analytical with advanced Excel and reporting skills
Experience managing campaigns and partnerships in YouTube, Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, or other major digital platforms
Strategic mindset with the ability to translate client needs into innovative partnership solutions, a solution- and client-first approach
Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments
Bachelor's degree required
This role will involve travel for in-person collaboration, meetings, trainings, etc

Preferred

Salesforce experience strongly preferred
MBA or equivalent a plus
