Providing administrative support to providers and care center coordinators
Handling office ad-hoc duties such as maintaining schedules, preparing and mailing pt results letters, updating and sending out recall letters, scanning and indexing of reports and encounter forms
Scanning of billing charges to RCM team, distributing results and appt requests from the fax press
Assisting the care coordinators and manager with overflow work as needed by the care center
Have excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Computer skills required
Looking for part-time work 15-20hrs a week. This job is in-person, not remote
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or GED equivalent
