Responsibilities

Foster strong, trusting relationships with members through personalized interactions

Proactively engage with members to understand their financial needs and goals

Provide tailored financial solutions and recommendations to enhance member value

Deliver unparalleled member service experiences, ensuring every member interaction is positive and memorable

Act as a trusted advisor, addressing member inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and effectively

Offer comprehensive financial guidance and education to empower members in making informed decisions

Educate members on various banking products, services, and tools to maximize their financial well-being

Proactively identify opportunities to cross-sell banking products and services based on members' needs and preferences

Meet and exceed sales targets by promoting appropriate financial solutions and generating referrals

Collaborate with internal teams to provide seamless referrals and ensure a holistic approach to meeting member needs

Gather and input loan applications for members and non-members

Adhere to all regulatory requirements and internal policies and procedures to mitigate risks

Initiate the process to obtain Notary Public certification within three months of assuming the role
