Lead and mentor development teams to build scalable, high-performance applications using modern technologies
Collaborate with architecture, product, and business partners to modernize trading platforms and align with strategic goals
Drive Agile best practices, SDLC compliance, and DevOps integration for seamless delivery
Provide technical leadership through design, coding, and implementation of cloud-native solutions
Qualification
Required
BS in Computer Science or equivalent experience with deep knowledge of software architecture and cloud infrastructure
4+ years as a hands-on technical lead guiding full-stack application development and delivery
8+ years of experience with .NET Core, AWS/Azure, Kubernetes, Docker, SQL/Postgres/MongoDB, Kafka, Microservices, Angular, and Typescript
Proven experience with CI/CD practices, BPMN systems, and mission-critical application support
Strong technical leadership and ability to interface with senior executives
Expertise in designing scalable APIs and cloud-native architectures
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Ability to plan, prioritize, and execute tasks effectively in Agile environments
