BAYADA Home Health Care is currently seeking an experienced Registered Nurse, RN, for a per diem weekend position to join our Denver North Visits office. The role involves making home visits to adult and geriatric clients, performing medical duties, and monitoring client conditions.

Responsibilities

Making home visits to clients in designated geographic territories after business hours and during the weekend days and evenings

Performing assigned duties, including administration of medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures and comfort care

Monitoring clients' conditions; reporting changes to Clinical or Client Services Manager

Following up with, executing, and properly documenting doctors' orders

Performing client assessments as necessary

Qualification

Registered Nurse licenseOASIS experienceNursing program graduationCompassionReliability

Required

Prior home health and OASIS experience required for this position

Must be available to complete one full week of onsite orientation (Monday-Friday)

A current license as a Registered Nurse in Colorado

Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma
