District Sales Manager - Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex Area
Swan Analytical USA is a global leader in high-precision water analysis instrumentation, and they’re looking for a District Sales Manager to join their team. This role is focused on developing and executing regional sales strategies, building relationships, and delivering solutions that connect technology with customer needs.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute regional sales strategies to exceed growth targets
Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline through proactive outreach and relationship building
Identify and convert new business opportunities while supporting existing accounts
Collaborate with technical experts to deliver engaging demos and solutions
Prepare persuasive presentations and proposals for customers and partners
Negotiate contracts with a focus on mutual success
Report on sales performance, market insights, and customer feedback
Represent Swan Analytical at trade shows, conferences, and industry events
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Engineering, Business, or related field
Sales experience in analytical instrumentation, water analysis, or other technical fields
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented mindset
Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel regionally
