Responsibilities
Type, edit, combine, print and store documents, such as pleadings, discovery, discovery response shells, motions, reports, forms and numerical data, from template, rough draft, corrected copy, recorded voice dictation, or previous version, using PC in a Windows environment
Qualification
Required
3+ years of legal document processing experience in a litigation environment
California litigation experience required
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office 2010, including Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint in a Windows environment
Experience using document management system. FileSite, WorkSite, iManage, Interwoven preferred
Knowledge of correct forms of citation using Harvard Bluebook, and proficiency generating Tables of Authorities, preferably using Best Authority
Advanced skills with formatting using styles and numbering schemes
Advanced skills with generating Tables of Contents
Advanced skills with setting up and executing mail merges
Advanced skills with converting pdfs to text using Nuance, Omni Page Pro
Advanced skills with creating redlines with Workshare Compare, DeltaView
Advanced skills with transcription
Advanced skills with Adobe Acrobat Pro
Excellent proofreading skills
Strong attention to detail
Polished and professional demeanor
Preferred
Experience using document management system. FileSite, WorkSite, iManage, Interwoven preferred
