Responsibilities
The Clinic Director of Business Services is responsible for the overall operations of the Business Office which includes, but is not limited to: billing, collections, customer service, and reimbursement
It is the Clinic Director’s responsibility to ensure the continuous, effective operation and the continuous improvement of the activities of Business Services
Ensures integration of departmental services with the hospital’s overall functioning to meet established organizational goals
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree or a minimum of 5 years work experience in the Clinic Area
5 years work experience
Demonstrated advocate of quality and cost effective care
Maintains professional appearance and decorum at all times
Excellent human relations and oral/written communication skills
Deals effectively with community and consumers
Demonstrates interpersonal skills
Ability to handle confidential information
