Responsibilities

Partner closely with founders and hiring managers to design and execute hiring strategies across key functions
Build the recruiting engine from scratch — process, tooling, metrics, and candidate experience
Experiment with sourcing, outreach, and branding approaches that reflect each company’s personality
Embrace recruiting tools and AI-driven workflows to work smarter, faster, and with better insight
Track and report on pipeline metrics to help the team make data-informed decisions
