Manage a caseload of complex civil litigation matters independently
Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
Represent clients in hearings, trials, and other legal proceedings
Handle all aspects of litigation defense, including direct client interaction
Collaborate with experienced attorneys across the firm
Participate in business development and marketing efforts
Travel as required for case-related matters
Qualification
Required
Licensed to practice law in Missouri
2–3 years of litigation experience
Strong verbal communication and negotiation skills
Excellent legal writing and analytical abilities
