Responsibilities

Acquire knowledge of various EHS departments' operations, functions, responsibilities, and workflow
Observe work assignments performed by others and actively participate in hands-on projects and/or special assignments
Learn and assist in development of EHS systems and processes focusing on the areas of safety culture, environmental stewardship, and operational excellence
Maintain communication with program coach/mentor (if assigned) to provide feedback on departmental assignments and program improvements
Attend related training (if applicable) and apply training in work assignments
Perform other related responsibilities as assigned

Required

Enrolled in a Bachelor's or advanced degree program in a related EHS field such as: Engineering, Science or EHS Equivalent program
Ability to work in-office 40 hours per week in Mayfield Heights, OH during Summer 2026
Ability to work effectively in a variety of EHS and manufacturing assignments
Working knowledge of environmental and safety concepts and demonstrated application
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to work effectively with others and be a participative team member
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
