Responsibilities
Developing and executing comprehensive test plans and test cases for Salesforce CRM platforms
Applying Salesforce-specific testing methodologies to validate functionality, performance, and security
Utilizing test automation tools and frameworks to streamline regression and functional testing
Tracking, documenting, and reporting defects using industry-standard defect tracking systems
Collaborating with developers, DevOps engineers, and project managers to ensure timely resolution of issues
Conducting rigorous testing across multiple environments to support release cycles and ensure system stability
Qualification
Required
Experience in software quality assurance, with experience on Salesforce applications
Proficiency in Salesforce testing tools and automation frameworks
Experience with defect tracking systems such as Jira
Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, metadata, and deployment processes
Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills
Ability to work in a secure, fast-paced, and collaborative environment
U.S. citizenship and eligibility for a U.S. government security clearance at the secret level
Preferred
Experience in testing DoD or federal government platforms
Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Platform App Builder, or QA-focused credentials)
Knowledge of Agile development methodologies and DevOps practices
Eight plus (8+) years preferred
