Responsibilities

Leads the delivery of business requested and properties projects requiring integration of multiple technologies

Maintains network operating environment by supporting lifecycle projects while ensuring compliance with configuration standards

Supports platform provisioning necessary to deliver capabilities defined in network services service catalog

Contributes to the improvement of process, procedures and protocols to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction in the most effective and efficient manner

Contributes to the development and maintenance of the Network Services service catalog

Acts as an escalation point in conjunction with the assigned Project Manager for any deployment issues or escalations

Resource coordination and assignment for implementation projects, while ensuring consistent and balanced resource utilization across the team

Partners and consults with internal business partners in Cybersecurity, Technology Architecture and Service Operations & Support, including third-party support leads and vendors

Maintains network solutions that are compliant with Cybersecurity Policy and applicable industry regulations

Supports evolution of the network services operating environment through automation and new technology adoption

Required

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience: Computer Science Engineering or a equivalent discipline

5+ Years Experience in software development

Proven track record managing large, complex software development/integration projects in both host and distributed environments

Basic knowledge of external competition, industry and/or market trends in relation to own business

Demonstrated understanding of IT Service Management concepts and procedures

Demonstrated knowledge of the latest technology innovations and their applicability to business operations

Demonstrated relationship management and leadership skills with a superior ability to make things happen through the use of influence and negotiation with all levels of management

Proactive team player with effective time management skills; ability to work independently, manage multiple deadlines/projects and keep key players informed

Quality management skills

Metrics knowledge

Strong program, project management, and leadership skills

Budgeting and forecasting

IT Effectiveness: application sourcing, technology strategy and planning

Strong reporting, decision making, analytical and problem solving skills
