Health & Safety Intern (Summer 2026)
Amrize is a company focused on innovative and sustainable building solutions. They are seeking a Health & Safety Intern for Summer 2026 who will work on safety initiatives and ensure safe operations at their plant site.

Responsibilities
Work to ensure that plant personnel and contractors are operating in a safe manner
To revitalize and update current safety programs
Manage given projects from start to finish
Review, renew and relaunch current safety programs
Perform inspections, troubleshooting and quality testing, and provide documentation and reporting as required or as directed by the Supervisor
Ensure that all field equipment is operating properly; identify and inform of any field problems
Perform any and all other duties as may be assigned from time to time
Qualification
Required
Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program majoring in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Engineering, or similar field
Experience with Excel, PowerPoint, database systems, and analytics
Willing to spend time out in the field getting to know the business first hand
Strong analytical, problem solving and organizational skills
Tech savvy with the ability to learn new software quickly
Strong relationship building skills and attention to detail
Proven track record of teamwork, adaptability, initiative and integrity
Self-motivated with an ability to manage multiple projects at once
