Responsibilities
Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets for marketing campaigns and initiatives
Collaborate with Product Teams, Marketing, and Sales Teams to ensure alignment on project goals & deliverables
Schedule & lead project kickoff meetings, status updates, and reviews to keep stakeholders informed & engaged
Oversee the day-to-day execution of product launch projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets
Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or issues, and implement corrective actions as needed
Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards
Allocate and manage resources, including team members, vendors, and budget, to ensure project success
Identify and address resource constraints or gaps to maintain project momentum
Coordinate with external vendors and agencies to secure necessary services and materials
Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, milestones, and outcomes
Facilitate collaboration and information sharing among cross-functional teams
Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables
Perform other duties as needed
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent education and/or experience
6-8 years' relevant experience or equivalent education and/or experience
PMP Certification is a plus
Requires specialized depth and/or breadth of expertise in own job discipline or field
Recognized cross-functionally as an expert within one or two subject matter areas
Excellent communication, problem solving, and organizational skills
Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
High level of integrity and discretion in handling sensitive and confidential data
Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite products
Flexible attitude, adaptable to change, team player, and able to handle multiple projects at once
High degree of professionalism, judgment, maturity, and resourcefulness in the absence of formalized guidelines and procedures
Preferred
Experience with Adobe WorkFront and/or other project management systems is preferred but not required
