Microsoft AI & Cloud Sales Director (Hunter)
Genzeon, a Premier Microsoft Partner and Healthcare Technology leader, is seeking a Microsoft AI & Cloud Sales Director to drive net-new revenue in the US Healthcare sector. This role involves owning the full sales cycle for AI-first solutions and requires a strong background in Microsoft Cloud sales, particularly in healthcare.
Responsibilities
Lead sales for our AI-first solutions: Microsoft Copilots, Azure OpenAI agents, App Modernization, and D365/Power Platform transformations
Work the channel: Use your Microsoft relationships (ACR, ECIF, Co-Sell) to drive pipeline with Microsoft field teams
Sell impact, not features: Show how Copilot reduces clinical burnout, AI speeds up prior auth, and Azure ensures HIPAA-compliant transformation
Team to close: Partner with elite Genzeon solution architects and pre-sales professionals who understand healthcare + Microsoft and help you win faster
Run your territory like a business: Pipeline, forecasting, and scale with significant upside tied directly to performance
Qualification
Required
7+ years of consultative sales experience with Microsoft Cloud (AI Copilots, Azure, Power Platform, Dynamics365) consistently exceeding $5 million annual sales targets
4+ years of proven success closing net-new logos in the healthcare space (payer, provider, or Health tech)
Deep understanding of Microsoft channel mechanics and ability to drive co-sell with field sales (ACR, ECIF, CPOR, Incentives)
Track record of closing high-value services in GenAI, Cloud Modernization, and Digital Transformation
You thrive in lean, high-accountability environments where speed, ownership, and reward go hand in hand
Ability to travel at least 50% for customer meetings, partner and industry events
