Responsibilities

Lead research to support product development and go-to-market strategies and tactics, including the optimization of marketing communications prior to in-market testing

Maintain a network with internal partners to identify and prioritize research needs (including developing and managing learning agendas)

Creatively integrate primary research, customer data, secondary sources, and marketplace intelligence in analyses

Proactively identify knowledge gaps and strategically sell in proposed research to key stakeholders across the organization

Leverage a network of research suppliers to execute studies, and employ DIY approaches

Present insights to business partners and senior leadership that drive business decisions

Required

Bachelor's Degree or Military Experience

At least 5 years of experience in a marketing research or consumer insights role on the vendor or corporate side, with experience planning, executing, and analyzing both qualitative and quantitative studies

At least 3 years of experience serving a client-facing project lead for market research studies
