Responsibilities
Develop and maintain Workday integrations using EIB, Core Connectors, Studio, and PECI/PECI
Partner with functional stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical specifications
Monitor and troubleshoot integration errors, performing root cause analysis and implementing fixes
Manage integration lifecycle activities including design, testing, documentation, deployment, and support
Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with data governance standards
Assist with Workday release updates and regression testing related to integrations
Qualification
Required
2+ years of experience with Workday integrations (EIB, Studio, Core Connectors, XSLT, etc.)
Proficient in XML, XSLT, Web Services (REST/SOAP), and related tools
Understanding of Workday HCM and/or Finance data structures
Excellent analytical and communication skills
