Responsibilities
Identify and generate new sales opportunities through daily outreach and cold calling
Partner with territory representatives to develop strategies and close new business
Execute and refine RJ Young’s proven five-step sales process
Manage your pipeline, track activities, and maintain accurate CRM records
Deliver engaging product demonstrations and clearly communicate value propositions
Lead client meetings, prepare presentations, and close deals with confidence
Resolve customer concerns with professionalism and problem-solving skills
Stay ahead of the curve through ongoing training on products and industry trends
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Basic computer proficiency
