Benefits Manager

They are seeking a Benefits Manager to design and optimize company-wide benefits programs, manage vendor relationships, and ensure compliance with regulations while leading a team of HR Associates.

Responsibilities
Design, implement, and optimize company-wide benefits programs that support our employees and business goals
Own vendor relationships, contract negotiations, and performance management
Lead annual open enrollment and drive clear, effective benefits communication
Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations (ERISA, ACA, COBRA, HIPAA, etc.)
Partner with HR and business leaders to guide benefits strategy and decision-making
Manage regulatory filings and reporting with accuracy and confidence
Identify and implement process improvements and system enhancements
Lead and develop a team of HR Associates who support benefits enrollment, onboarding, terminations, relocations, and ADA accommodations
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
8+ years of experience in benefits design/administration
Proven leadership experience
Strong understanding of compliance requirements
Advanced Excel and analytical skills
A detail-oriented, solution-focused mindset
Preferred
Experience working with self-insured plans
