Responsibilities

Leading a team of project managers

Reimagine the intent management process for how we intake, prioritize and communicate updates on work with partners

The candidate will work closely with the Card Site team and their key stakeholders and partners across the Card Business, Marketing, Technology, Platforms, Legal, Risk, and Design teams to help intake, prioritize, refine, and deliver intent to enable our collective organizational goals

The candidate will also work closely with the Content Marketing and Brand Creative teams

Oversee the creative development process for the Outbound Marketing team and the article development pipeline for the Content Marketing team, looking for ways to develop more, high quality assets/articles quickly and efficiently

Oversee influencer/creator monitoring and rights management

Ensure the channels are run in a well-managed way, documenting key artifacts and looking for ways to optimize processes

Oversee monthly budgeting process and platform access for all marketing channels

Inform requirements for the build of enterprise solutions for things like digital asset management and legal/compliance review tools

Constantly be looking for new tools to automate manual processes

“Self-starter”, strong organizational skills, ownership mentality, ability to prioritize workloads, and fast learner of new digital marketing and project management technology tools

Display a passion for coaching and developing a team of associates through their leadership style

Demonstrate a proven track record of excellent project management, bringing the ability to quickly put structure in place to manage work in a dynamic complex environment

Have excellent communication and partnership skills which are essential for interacting and communicating with key stakeholders at all levels across the company to manage, inform and influence outcomes

Exhibit outstanding influencing skills to effectively drive project program efforts

Leading moderate to large complex projects and programs by providing strategic direction to projects, peers, and direct reports

Designing, developing, and managing project plans in a complex dynamic environment, revising needs to meet changing requirements

Ensuring projects are being documented appropriately to mitigate risk and to be delivered on time

Leveraging problem solving and influencing skills to ensure project plans deliver on intent

Partnering cross-functionally with project customers to provide strategic and tactical thought partnership to effectively drive project delivery

Building relationships and collaborating with key stakeholders to ensure delivery of commitments
