Accredited Labs is a leading calibration services provider, seeking Calibration Technicians of all levels to join their team. The role involves performing accurate calibrations on customer sites, maintaining documentation, and ensuring compliance with industry standards while providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

Complete accurate and timely calibrations on customer sites

Perform routine and complex calibration on a wide variety of equipment per company processes and instruction documentation

Perform calibration on a variety of devices and instruments in accordance with established procedures and standards

Working directly with the client throughout the calibration process from the first onsite touch point to completion of the project, including good communication to provide client updates on services needed

Ensure all calibration activities comply with industry regulations and quality standards

Maintain calibration records and documentation, ensuring all data is accurate and up to date

Interact professionally with customers, providing excellent service and support

Communicate with customers throughout the process and provide status updates

Required

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Able to lift 50lbs

Able to climb, kneel, drive, and stand for long periods of time

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word

Excellent customer service skills

Good organizational and prioritization skills

Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record

Ability and willingness to travel to customers' locations in the Dallas, TX area and occasional overnight out-of-state travel (1 to 2 nights once a month and potentially up to 1 week on a volunteer basis)

Have the ability to learn mechanical and technical skills quickly

Can adapt to multiple different work environments and settings

Are customer-oriented with excellent communication skills

Are a person who is punctual, respectful, and honest with a positive attitude

Have excellent attention to detail

Have a strong work ethic
