Skilled: Confident communicator with a proven ability to build relationships. Experience in outside sales is preferred but not required. Comfortable engaging with all types of buyers, which will include business owners, C-level executives, farmers, and homeowners. Strong organizational skills and a drive to succeed
Knowledgeable: You're connected in your community and enjoy meeting new people. Whether you already have relationships with business owners and decision-makers or are eager to build them, you're confident reaching out to, starting conversations with, and helping others understand the value of solar energy. You're willing to make cold calls, learn consultative selling, and grow into an exceptional closer
Passionate: Highly self-motivated with a strong self-starter mentality. You enjoy continuous learning and are always looking for ways to improve and grow

Qualification
Required
