Henry Ford Health is seeking a Systems Analyst to provide administrative support for multiple operating environments or systems. The role involves hardware maintenance, application support, and participation in capacity and infrastructure planning while working collaboratively in project teams.

Responsibilities

Perform hardware and operating system maintenance
Installation
Patch/revision upgrades
Account administration
File system maintenance
Hardware installations
Application support
Software installations
Work cooperatively as part of multiple project teams for application, technology and infrastructure support
Participate in capacity and infrastructure planning
Work within a process oriented operational environment where metrics based performance measurements are vital to success

Qualification

ITIL certificationEPIC certificationMS Office proficiencyHardware maintenanceTeam collaboration

Required

Associate's Degree in Computer Science or related field. Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of academic requirements
Two plus (2+) years of IT experience, preferred
Ability to occasionally work nights, weekends, and holidays
Within the EPIC/HELIOS Home Care & Hospice Department, in addition to above requirements, current EPIC certification required

Preferred

Proficient in MS Office products including VISIO, preferred
ITIL certification, preferred
