New Grad, Entry LevelCaesars Entertainment is a leading gaming and entertainment company, and they are seeking a Planning Analyst I to provide analytical support across various operating departments. The role involves developing management reports, conducting data analysis, and offering recommendations to improve profitability and optimize labor decisions.

Responsibilities
Executes day-to-day analytical support to operating departments including, but not exclusive to, food & beverage, retail, and entertainment
Develop and maintain management reports which reflect clear, accurate and concise data analysis
Provide short-term/quick turnaround support for analysis requests at the direction of department leader(s)
Regularly synthesize large amounts of data into actionable recommendations and presentations for management review
Proactively identifies revenue and cost savings opportunities
Provides analytical support for budgeting and forecasting
Measures and monitors productivity reports on costs and labor
Conduct objective, rigorous analytics to help the business improve profitability through expense reduction
Optimize schedules based on business needs and labor standards, ensuring resource allocation aligns with demand
Utilize Virtual Roster, UKG Basic, and/or UKG Advanced to manage scheduling and timekeeping systems
Contributes to the presentation of operating financial results for assigned areas
Communicate conclusions, implications, and recommendations in a clear and concise manner
Analyze standard reporting and conduct in-depth analysis to provide insight on customer behavior
Prepares post analysis to measure success and make recommendations to improve based on results
Qualification
Required
Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
Streamline processes to optimize productivity, efficiency, and speed
Fluent in use of Microsoft Office Products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access)
Proficiency in SQL required and Power BI recommended
Ability to work diplomatically with all levels of management in order to influence without authority
Excellent interpersonal, customer service, communication, team building and problem-solving skills are required
Possess excellent math, statistical and technical financial analysis skills that are detail and result oriented
Strong organizational and time management skills are required
Must present a well-groomed appearance
Ability to uphold and demonstrate the highest level of integrity in all situations and recognize standards required by a regulated business
Must be able to work independently
Must be self-motivated and able to handle more than one function at a time by being well organized
Must be able to continuously maneuver around office
Must effectively work at a desk for long periods of time
Must be able to respond to written and aural cues
Must have the manual dexterity to operate the computer and necessary office equipment
Must be able to read, write and speak English
Must be able to respond calmly to demands of internal customers

Preference is given to Ak-Chin community members and members of other recognized Arizona tribes
