Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of process engineers
Set clear priorities and align team goals with company strategy
Drive continuous improvement initiatives using structured problem-solving tools such as DMAIC, FMEA, DOE, and SPC
Lead cross-functional projects that enhance quality, safety, cost, and efficiency
Standardize engineering processes, tools, and documentation for consistency and speed
Collaborate closely with Operations, Quality, and Production to resolve issues and implement sustainable improvements
Use financial data and ROI analysis to justify and evaluate technical projects
Promote a culture of teamwork, accountability, and innovation
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in a STEM related discipline
At least 5 years related experience (10 or more years is preferred)
At least 2 years management experience (5 or more years is preferred)
Strong understanding of Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies
Proficiency with data analysis and engineering tools such as Excel, Minitab, JMP, or CAD
Excellent communication and collaboration skills across all levels
Proven ability to coach, delegate, and motivate a technical team
Preferred
