Responsibilities

Conduct discovery sessions with clients to understand their functional and technical requirements, as well as their existing and ‘to-be’ architecture
Be comfortable building and delivering detailed and customized FICO Platform demonstrations to a technical and business audience
Work with multiple FICO product teams to design FICO Platform capabilities and service solutions to meet client’s business needs
Design and execute proof of concepts, respond to RFIs/RFPs, and prepare sales collateral as part of dedicated sales or account team – helping craft sales strategies and tactics when appropriate
Contribute to pricing scenarios, business benefit and ROI analysis, and the creation of competition-differentiating sales strategies
Participate in best practice workshops at customer sites, FICO hosted forums and Industry events, as well provide continuing education to sales team on FICO Platform

Required

Experience in a Pre-Sales role with proven success in supporting sales and/or delivering creative solutions
Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate business and technical understanding and knowledge with a variety of stakeholders- from technical resources to C-level executive management
Effective written and verbal communication skills as demonstrated through presentation development and delivery experience
Proven problem-solving skills as demonstrated by examples of creative and forward-thinking solutions to business issues
Enjoyment when working with others cross functionally as part of solution or opportunity team
Ability to travel 20-40%
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or other related field (or equivalent experience working in a commercial environment)
