Responsibilities

Process and provide the following for Stephens Insurance clients:
Endorsement requests
New and Renewal Business – bind, issue certificates, and Auto ID Cards
Daily Certificate Requests
Audits
Monthly Reports
Policy Booklets &/or electronic versions of policies
Prepare and issue pre-renewal summaries
Order Loss Runs & prepare premium & loss summaries
Perform other tasks as assigned by members of the account team, including Account Manager, and management

Qualification

Customer ServiceInsurance KnowledgePolicy ManagementArkansas PropertyCasualtyDocumentation Skills

Required

High school education
Specialized schooling in this specific skill area
Three years of experience interacting with agents, insurance companies, and policyholders
Experience in handling much of the paperwork related to insurance policies, such as policy applications and changes and renewals to existing policies
Arkansas Property and Casualty license
