Sales Executive

Instnt is pioneering a new insurance category by merging AI-powered identity fraud protection with insurance solutions. They are seeking a Sales Executive who will be responsible for building a pipeline, running discovery, delivering demos, and closing deals to help financial institutions transfer identity fraud loss to insurance and improve customer onboarding.

Responsibilities

Build and manage a healthy pipeline of qualified prospects through outbound and inbound efforts
Execute the full sales cycle from outreach to close, owning discovery, demos, negotiation, and contracting
Develop deep expertise in Instnt’s AI and insurance solutions and translate that knowledge into clear, compelling conversations with prospects
Partner with marketing and SDR teams to optimize lead generation, messaging, and conversion
Collaborate with product and customer success to ensure seamless onboarding and high customer satisfaction
Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets while maintaining strong CRM hygiene and forecasting discipline

Required

Experience selling into financial institutions (banks, credit unions), fintech, or SaaS environments
Ability to confidently navigate technical and business discussions
Consultative and persuasive skills to tailor value-based solutions to each client
Resourceful and proactive attitude, motivated by impact more than structure
Ability to thrive in startup environments where ideas move fast and every deal makes a visible difference
Desire to be part of an early-stage company backed by proven founders and help shape a market that's never existed before

Preferred

Experience in full-cycle sales from outreach to close, including discovery, demos, negotiation, and contracting
Deep expertise in AI and insurance solutions
Experience collaborating with marketing and SDR teams for lead generation support
Strong CRM hygiene and forecasting discipline
