Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree
4-6 years of relevant work experience
Experienced in facilitating system development projects by coordinating with business users to clarify requirements and effectively communicating them to developers
Ability to multi-task and a fast learner
Possess basic technical knowledge, including programming and database concepts, to effectively collaborate with developers, understand underlying technical aspects, and leverage this knowledge to drive projects forward
Understanding of the banking industry and related business processes to ensure alignment between technical solutions and business objectives
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and other Office products
Must be versatile, able to work effectively independently or as part of a team on multiple projects simultaneously
Flexible to work beyond regular office hours at times based on business needs
