Technical Support Representative

Celero Commerce is looking for a Technical Support Representative to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and assisting merchants and banks with technical issues related to payment gateways and integrations while ensuring seamless payment processing.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on terminals, gateways, and integrations
Utilize CRM tools to document and maintain detailed records of customer interactions
Resolve support tickets within designated SLA timelines
Communicate effectively with merchants, sales agents, banks, and internal teams via phone, chat, text, and email
Operate within a call center environment, following established procedures and company standards
Adapt to a variety of technical issues and provide resourceful troubleshooting
Maintain a strong customer service approach while assisting with technical inquiries
Perform other duties as assigned

Required

1-2+ years of experience in a similar role
Technical aptitude – Ability to work with multiple terminals, gateways, and processors
Attention to detail – Strong documentation skills and ability to ensure account accuracy
Independent and team-oriented – Self-motivated while thriving in a collaborative environment
Quick thinking and resourceful – Ability to troubleshoot a wide range of technical issues
Clear and effective communication – Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Experience handling challenging customer interactions with professionalism

Preferred

Experience with Fiserv, TSYS, Dejavoo, or Pax payment systems is a plus
Bilingual skills (preferred but not required)
