Responsibilities
Develop and implement quality strategies for systems staging and ASTRO upgrade operations
Establish and maintain quality metrics and reporting mechanisms
Collaborate with product development (HW/SW), manufacturing, supplier management, and customer service teams to ensure end-to-end quality
Manage the internal audit programs to ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and other relevant standards
Manage root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions for quality issues
Drive continuous improvement initiatives using data analysis and quality tools
Ensure all processes and products meet regulatory and customer requirements
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Engineering with prior working experience in quality
Preferred
Expertise in quality processes and metrics
Proficiency in data analysis tools such as EasyBI, Tableau
Proficiency in Product Lifecycle Management (PLM)
Six Sigma (Green Belt or higher), ASQ Certified Quality Auditor, or similar certifications
Working knowledge of ISO 9001
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficient in usage of quality tools
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
