Bowery Design Group is an internationally award-winning, full-service architectural and design firm based in Los Angeles. They are seeking an Intermediate Architectural Designer to assist in the development of architectural documentation and collaborate on high-end modern residential projects.

Responsibilities

Assist in the development of architectural documentation from Schematic Design to Construction
Develop 3D models, drawings, and presentations using Revit and SketchUp
Collaborate closely with consultants, contractors, and team members to bring inspired design concepts to life
Prepare construction documents, renderings, presentations, and schedules with precision and creativity
Participate in design reviews, client meetings, and site visits
Conduct material research and contribute to innovative design solutions
Work alongside senior architects while taking ownership of key project components

Qualification

RevitSketchUpAdobe Creative SuiteArchitectural documentationCommunication skillsCreative problem-solvingDetail-oriented

Required

3–5 years of architectural experience, ideally in high-end residential design
Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and passionate about innovative design
Fluent Revit and SketchUp skills are essential
Strong written and visual communication skills

Preferred

Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign) preferred
A creative problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
