Responsibilities

Support market research and voice of customer initiatives to identify emerging trends, evolving client needs, and competitive dynamics that inform product direction
Synthesize intel from internal stakeholders, desktop research, and internal data sources to generate insights that shape short- and mid-term (1–3 year) product strategy and roadmap priorities, ensuring continued relevance and differentiation of FICO’s B2B Scores credit offerings
Work with key data and technology partners to support and enhance product offerings
Support external engagements, including industry events, partner/client meetings, and training sessions; responsibilities will include co-developing and delivering training program and supporting the creation of materials for speaking opportunities
Collaborate with analytics, software, and cross-functional teams to define and execute the product roadmap and go-to-market (GTM) plans
Author business and technical requirements documents, including detailed use cases and user personas, to guide development and ensure alignment with market needs
Partner with regulatory and compliance experts to ensure product designs align with applicable regulations; lead established compliance processes and deliver required documentation on schedule

Required

Proven expertise and knowledge of financial services, credit bureau and/or alternative data ecosystems
Deep expertise in B2B product management demonstrated through a successful track record of delivery of high impact solutions and increasing leadership responsibilities
Strong attention to detail with proven ability to maintain high quality and accuracy in deliverables
Exceptional presentation and communication skills, including the ability to engage various audiences (ex: Sales, Software, Analytics, Leadership) and convey complex concepts
Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline such as Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience preferred)
Intellectually curious, with a passion for continuous learning and innovation
Collaborative and low-ego approach, fostering strong relationships across teams and functions to achieve goals
Willing to do what is needed, taking on a variety of responsibilities to drive product success
