The role focuses on demonstrating, configuring, implementing, and training clients on an industry-leading software solution in Customer Communications Management, Enterprise Content Management, and Adaptive Case Management.

Acquire in-depth knowledge of our software and solutions
Configuration, installation, and training at customer sites
Analysis of customer requirements and environment
Design end-to-end solutions to meet the customer needs using Papyrus products
Presentation of the Papyrus system to technical and managerial audiences
Perform project management duties

Required

Minimum 5 years experience working in the enterprise software field, at large and medius sized enterprises
Exzellent Communication Skills in english language
Experience in Cloud, UNIX and/or Windows environments
Good knowledge of an object-orientated programming languages
Proven report writing, verbal and written communication, and presentation skills
Self-starter who is capable of working independently
Must be willing to travel up to 25% of working time. This could include international travel
Bachelor's Computer Science
Work permit for the USA
