Employee Experience Associate (Spring 2026 Internship)

Responsibilities
Conduct live, phone-based interviews with employees at companies all over the world
Capture employee insights and identify their frustrations, motivations, and interests
Discover why employees join, stay and leave their organization
Uncover important employee observations and organizational trends
Qualification
Required
Currently a student pursuing a Bachelor's Degree or similar four (4) year degree (Human Resources, OD/HR, Psychology a plus)
Typing rate of 50 WPM or more (you can “check typing speed” by searching online)
Excellent written English
Clear and comfortable verbal communication
Preferred
Natural curiosity
Enthusiasm for talking with people
A customer-service orientation
Strong organizational skills
A motivational and collaborative mindset
Bi-lingual is a BIG plus (especially Spanish)
