Responsibilities
Lead the product lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring alignment with company strategy and market needs
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape for IFP, smart whiteboards, commercial displays, and LEDs
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, sales, and customer support, to deliver high-quality products
Develop and manage product roadmaps, timelines, and budgets
Define product requirements, create detailed specifications, and oversee product development
Engage with stakeholders to gather feedback and ensure product features meet user expectations
Monitor product performance, analyze data, and make data-driven decisions to enhance product offerings
Drive go-to-market strategies, including pricing, positioning, and promotional plans
Stay abreast of industry developments and emerging technologies to ensure our products remain competitive and innovative

Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field
3+ years of product management experience in IoT, security, IT, or electronics industry (preferred for intermediate-level candidates)
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams
Proven track record of successfully managing products from concept to launch
Ability to adapt to new challenges and learn quickly in a dynamic environment
Passion for technology and innovation, with a keen interest in emerging markets and new product categories
