Responsibilities
Lead the civil design of large-scale renewable energy projects with minimal oversight
Anticipate and resolve technical challenges to keep projects moving smoothly
Oversee engineering reports and ensure compliance with regulations and standards
Partner with project managers and clients to align designs with evolving needs
Support construction by responding to RFIs and technical inquiries
Serve as a reviewer and quality leader for drawings, reports, and calculations
Mentor junior engineers, lead workshops, and share your expertise in Civil 3D, grading, and stormwater management
Drive continuous improvement in design tools, workflows, and best practices
Qualification
Required
Licensed Professional Engineer (PE)
Bachelor's in Civil Engineering (or related field)
10+ years of experience in civil/site design and stormwater management
Expertise in AutoCAD Civil 3D, grading, drainage, and site layout
Proficiency in HydroCAD (or similar stormwater modeling software)
Skilled in QA/QC processes, report writing, and client communication
Leadership in mentoring and guiding teams, with a knack for solving tough challenges
A proactive, resourceful, and detail-oriented mindset
