Responsibilities
Design, configure, and maintain Workday security policies and role assignments across Workday HCM and Workday Financials
Conduct security reviews, audits, and remediation across modules
Serve as the primary point of contact for security-related support and enhancements
Work with internal controls and compliance teams to ensure alignment with SOX, GDPR, and data privacy requirements
Provide security impact analysis for Workday updates and organizational changes
Maintain documentation and own the security change approval process
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience with Workday security design and administration
Deep understanding of domain/security groups, business process security, and segmentation roles
Experience supporting compliance audits (SOX, SOC 1/2, HIPAA, etc.)
Strong collaboration and stakeholder communication skills
