Responsibilities

Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and budget

Act as a primary point of contact for stakeholders, facilitating communication and collaboration between teams

Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success

Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, timelines, and status reports

Ensure that project deliverables meet the required quality standards and specifications

Implement and promote Agile methodologies to foster a collaborative and efficient development environment

Required

Proven experience in technical project management, preferably with software development projects

Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience with Scrum

Experience with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence)

Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance

Preferred

A genius with JIRA

Previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting

Technical background in software engineering

Familiarity with CI/CD processes and DevOps principles

Experience leading cross-functional teams
