Intuit is seeking an experienced people analyst to join their team of People Data Analysts. This role will focus on leading the Data & Analytics workstream within the implementation of ServiceNow, ensuring data accuracy and actionable insights to support HR strategies.

Responsibilities

Lead cross-functional ServiceNow data workstreams focused on case analysis, reporting, dashboards, and data governance
Identify and scope advanced analytics and AI use cases within ServiceNow to elevate insights and predictive capabilities
Develop deep understanding of ServiceNow case data, reporting structures, and integrations with data lake tables and marts
Drive analysis from cases to identify trends, friction points, and improvement opportunities
Design dashboards and reporting solutions in ServiceNow to support business leaders and operational teams
Partner with ServiceNow product owners and engineering to ensure data quality, cleanliness, and AI-readiness
Define and implement data governance standards across ServiceNow data domains
Collaborate across PART and other stakeholder groups to share knowledge and build scalable solutions

Required

Experience as a people analyst or similar role
Strong analytical skills with a focus on data accuracy and actionable insights
Experience leading cross-functional data workstreams
Ability to identify and scope advanced analytics and AI use cases
Deep understanding of ServiceNow case data and reporting structures
Experience designing dashboards and reporting solutions
Ability to partner with product owners and engineering teams
Knowledge of data governance standards
Strong collaboration skills with various stakeholder groups
