Luminys Systems Corporation empowers communities and customers with smart, connected technologies. As a Technical Consultant, you will work with Regional Sales Managers to deliver product demonstrations, provide technical recommendations, and help expand sales by addressing customer needs.

Responsibilities

Discuss with customers and engineers to determine system requirements, and provide solutions

Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and provide sales support, working closely with all the key dealer/SI in the assigned region, build personal trust and relationship with customer

Secure orders with sales teams

Plan and customize products to meet customer needs

Help clients solve key problems that needs onsite presence or coordinate with tech support team to find solutions

Recommend and cross-reference improved materials to customers, showing how changes will lower costs or increase the value

Help in researching and developing new products by gathering customer requirements

Help the company to provide evaluation to the customer or business opportunities in a technical perspective

Must be able to travel up to 50% as needed
