Administrative & Team Engagement Assistant
Cure 4 The Kids Foundation is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing the best patient care for children. The Administrative & Team Engagement Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to the Director of Human Resources and assist with employee engagement initiatives and day-to-day operations of the department.

Responsibilities
Maintains a high level of professionalism on the job and projects this professionalism to the Board, all team members (employed and volunteers), parents/patients, partners, and stakeholders at all times
Creates and maintains good working relationships with organizational leaders and team members
Builds relationships that will support fulfilling current patient needs and maximize our potential with new patients and organizations in the future
Checks emails and responds appropriately
Participates in mandatory training
Creates and maintains a gossip free environment
Maintains a clean and safe working environment
Knows, aligns with, and strives to achieve the organization’s vision and mission statements
Proactively manages the Director’s calendar, scheduling meetings and appointments, and ensuring timely reminders for all critical deadlines and commitments
Prepares meeting agendas, gathers relevant documents and materials, and ensures that necessary technology and meeting spaces are available and operational, assists with presentation slides preparation, takes detailed minutes, and follows up on action items
Performs general administrative duties, including but not limited to administrative support, scanning, filing, faxing, copying, and printing
Executes all aspects of team experience events, activities, and initiatives
Owns the operations of our internal store, including inventory, ordering, and fulfilling orders
Greets and directs all internal and external guests in a professional and courteous manner
Undertakes special projects and assignments as directed by the Director of Human Resources
Tracks and submits expense reports for the Director in accordance with company policies
Runs errands as needed
Performs other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or GED
A minimum of two (2) years of experience performing administrative related duties
Demonstrated experience in writing, editing, and proofreading for diverse audiences
Professional experience in employee engagement or a related role
Proof of automobile liability coverage
Intermediate proficiency of Microsoft applications including but not limited to Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
Ability to handle highly confidential information with the utmost discretion
Preferred
Associate's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field
One (1) year of assisting with events (internal or external)
