Account Executive, Business Development
The Minnesota Timberwolves are seeking a dedicated Account Executive for their Business Development team. This role focuses on developing, servicing, and nurturing client relationships while selling various ticket products for the Timberwolves.

Responsibilities
Generate new ticket sales revenue from full & partial season memberships, premium seating, and group tickets by connecting with B2B and B2C leads curated by the Business Intelligence team
Develop pipeline by making daily outbound calls to qualified leads
Host prospects for arena tours, meetings, corporate events
Meet or exceed weekly activity requirements including outbound calls and completed appointments
Provide excellent customer service by creating unique touch points, promptly responding to requests or communications, and establishing a dynamic relationship with all customers
Document all communication in Client Relationship Management (CRM) system
Attend local community and corporate sponsored events to increase networking opportunities
Participate in educational opportunities on product offerings, pricing, and sales strategies, as well as market trends and industry standards to develop your skills
Perform and strengthen other duties as they are assigned
Qualification
Required
Strong written and verbal communication skills required
Computer skills required: experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook) is preferred
Able to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays
Ability to work well on a team and independently
Ability to manage specific processes and tasks in the department under supervision
Minimum one (1) year of direct sales experience with the business side of collegiate, minor league or professional sports is preferred but not required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
