Responsibilities
Seasoned multi-disciplinary expert with extensive technical and / or business knowledge and functional expertise in risk avoidance and compliance
Focus of role is on execution of strategic direction of business function activities
Carries out the most complex initiatives involving multiple disciplines and/or ambiguous issues
Consistently displays a balanced, cross-functional perspective, liaising with the rest of the business to improve efficiency, effectiveness and productivity
Highly flexible and adaptable to change
Qualification
Required
10 or more years of risk management or compliance experience
Knowledge of risk management and strategic goals for the bank's business
In depth knowledge of regulations, federal, state, and local laws and regulations acquired through formal education and work experience is required
Communication and analytical skills are necessary to consult with partners/clients, and analyze information and apply regulations
Seasoned multi-disciplinary expert with extensive technical and / or business knowledge and functional expertise in risk avoidance and compliance
