Responsibilities

Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports in Tableau or PowerBI on HR metrics such as turnover, hiring, and internal movement

Collect, clean, and analyze HR data from various sources to identify trends and opportunities ensuring high quality, consistency, and confidentiality of HR data

Translate data findings into compelling insights and stories to influence HR strategies and advise management on potential issues or improvements in policy and process

Partner with HR and business partners to understand requirements and deliver actionable insights

Required

5+ years of experience in HR data analytics and reporting

Advanced Excel skills

Proficiency in Tableau or PowerBI

Experience with Workday or another HRIS

Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and transformation

Experience in data management systems and tools and data storytelling

Bachelor's degree in HR, mathematics, statistics, business administration, or relevant field

Preferred

Familiarity with Python for advanced analytics

Knowledge of statistical analysis techniques

Previous HR experience within video games, film, television or music
