Responsibilities

Install, service, and upgrade Pitney Bowes Shipping and Mailing equipment for our clients

Support both Hardware and Software solutions

Troubleshoot and repair equipment successfully with the goal of reducing Client callbacks

Train clients on Pitney Bowes equipment at the time of installation

Work in a 100% client facing capacity as a representative of Pitney Bowes

Cover a multi-zip code territory requiring significant windshield time

Utilize hand tools or small power tools to execute repairs, maintenance, and installations of Pitney Bowes Shipping and Mailing equipment

Maintain a safe and clean work environment
