Responsibilities
Operate and monitor robotic unloading and palletizing systems on-site
Perform basic maintenance and support daily system readiness
Troubleshoot and resolve electro-mechanical issues in real time
Interface directly with customers, ensuring satisfaction and clear communication
Document activities and system performance through detailed field reports
Qualification
Required
Ability to work independently in fast-paced environments
Strong troubleshooting skills for electro-mechanical systems
Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Open to travel
Able to work and commute daily on-site in Ottawa, IL at customer warehouse
High School Diploma or GED
Hands-on experience with electro-mechanical systems (professional or personal projects such as PC builds, automotive work, etc.)
Prior experience in a customer-facing or field service role
Preferred
Associate's Degree or higher in a technical field
Experience in automation, robotics, or warehouse operations
Experience in a customer-facing role is a plus
Experience deploying robots is a plus
