Responsibilities
Design and build internal tools and services that automate and integrate workflows across data, Jira, dashboards, and operational systems
Lead development of scalable internal APIs, data pipelines, and leveraging low-code / no-code tools for rapid development when it makes sense
Partner with TPMs and business stakeholders to turn ambiguous problems into elegant, maintainable software
Instrument and monitor systems to ensure reliability, performance, and observability
Contribute to architectural patterns, code reviews, and developer experience improvements
Advocate for clean engineering practices and pragmatic design in a rapidly evolving org
Qualification
Preferred
8+ years of professional software development experience
Experience designing scalable systems in cloud environments
Strong background in APIs, data modeling, and service orchestration
Familiarity with modern DevOps practices (CI/CD, IaC, monitoring)
Prior exposure to data or analytics systems is a plus
Comfortable working in a hybrid environment (3+ days onsite per week in Nashville HQ)

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
