Responsibilities
Leverage your network to identify, pursue and grow net-new custom software opportunities in an expanding U.S. market
Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to proposal development, negotiation, closure and client onboarding
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients at all levels, from C-suite executives to technical decision-makers
Understand client needs and advise on customized solutions that address their specific challenges and opportunities
Collaborate with internal technical and product solutions teams to ensure seamless execution and client satisfaction
Accurately forecast sales and pipeline opportunities, tracking progress against targets
Qualification
Required
10+ years new logo business development / hunter sales across mid-market or enterprise technology accounts
IT outsourcing or closely related consulting tech services sales experience required
Robust network of technology decision makers and knowledge of their pain points, including how those pain points impact their bottom line
Evidence of success tied to resourcefulness and customer-centricity
Experience growing a new territory, articulating the benefits of a new partner
Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle, emerging technologies and how they impact an organization's success
History of working well or very well in a remote role (autonomy, operationally strong, virtual collaboration)
Current preference for new teammates living / working in Central and Eastern US time zones
